Fantastic service and competitive prices. The staff take time to talk to their customers and understand their needs. Not a computer based robo service. They make sure you understand what you are being covered for, instead of leaving it to the customer having to hope they've ticked the right box.
Very rare for me to give 5 stars, but as yet over around 6 years, can't find fault. Very pleasant people, extremely helpful and insurance at decent rates. Only had to make one non fault claim on car insurance and got sorted relatively easily, getting my excess recovered OK. Also have home + contents cover but not needed to claim. Would not hesitate to recommend
